1. General questions

1.1. How and why to create my account login?


- The first step is clicking on "login", then opening the window, clicking "continue" and then filling in identification data (fields marked with "*" are required). The next step is to carefully read the Terms and Conditions section, tick the appropriate box (where you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed) and fill the security code. Then click "Continue" button and your user account is created. Shortly you will receive an e-mail containing an activation link. Clicking on this link, the account is validated. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail account validation. The last step is to login on the site as an existing client. If you choose to check the login button "stay logged", you do not need to enter your password every time you access page. This applies only on the PC you've logged on.

1.2. What if I forgot my password?

    In this case, on the login page click "Forgot Password" and shortly after you enter the e-mail address that you have provided when you have created your account, you will receive an e-mail with an automatically generated new password.

    The password can be changed accessing the "My Account"  section, where you have to click on "change password" and type in the new one.

1.3. How can I change / add information about my account?


You have to login, then click on "My account" section and fill in the editable fields with the changes that you want to do.

1.4. Why is it useful to have a list of favorites?

1. You can add products in the list for future orders;
2. You can add a product you like, but haven't decided on buying it yet;
3. It is updated when products are no longer in stock.

2. About purchasing

2.1. How do I place my order?

Adding a product to the cart is done by clicking "Add to cart" and selecting the product depending on size, color, model or unit of sale (where applicable). If the requested amount exceeds the physical inventory, a message with the amount being updated in your cart will be displayed. If you log in and you want to place an order already existing in the basket, and from the last log interval until now the product is exhausted, you can find it in the favourites list.
After adding to cart all the products you wish to order, continue by clicking "Checkout" (top right) to the order completion page. You will need to fill in the following:
- Delivery address: required information for sending the package;
- Type of delivery: how you wish to receive the package.

An order is successfully completed when it is displayed and you can click on "Confirm and pay the Order". You will receive an e-mail with your order invoice corresponding to the state "waiting". When the command is processed and sent by katikabeads to you, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be notified that the order status is "sent".

The username and password entered, you can log in to view order history and current order status, add / edit your profile or to follow orders without reentering contact details.

2.2. Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a 20 euros minimum for ordering products from our website.

2.3 May I change or add products to an order?

2.4 How to identify our products.
The bill contains the name and internal code of the products you have  ordered.

2.5 Are there differences of nuance between pictures and products?


Very rarely, there may be differences in colour, between the photos and our products. These differences may occur due to different types of monitors or settings. Katikabeads team will present the colour as accurately as possible.

3. About services

3.1. May logistics exceptions be requested? (sizes, colors and packing preferred)?
The units of the products listed on the site are standard and cannot be changed.
Exceptions to this rule are possible where the products are sold per box, kg, string, etc., by submitting an offer to the client.

3.2 Is there a return policy available?

According to the legislation (and we refer to art. 7 of GO 130/2000) the consumer has the right to notify in writing the trader that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product. The customer has the right to return any of the products ordered within 10 days from their receipt. The buyer must pay the cost of returning the products. Exchange values of the
​​returned goods will be paid to customer within 30 days of product return, or by money order or bank transfer in the client's account if such account is specified.


The product must have all original tags, have not been worn, not da
maged. The product must be submitted in original packaging as it was received! Customer is responsible for product damage or loss from the return transport. Packages whose transport was not made by the sender will not be accepted! We do not accept packages with cash!
Before returning a product, please contact customer service at and announce that you want to return it and that our company is to receive a package from you.
